Create a continuous source of “Chai – life” for Smile On Seniors with a monthly donation. Smile On Seniors is a non-profit 501(c)3 supported by donations from the community. SOS does not receive funding from any central office and every dollar of our budget needs to be raised – which is why we’re so grateful for donors like you.
With your consistent monthly donation, we have a foundation that serves as the lifeline in all we do.
- Join a greater good – your donation, together with all other Nate Sachs Legacy Chai Club members, adds up to a significant amount.
- Strengthen the focus – with a set amount to rely on, we can put more of our focus on the community.
- Enable growth – by giving us the ability to predictably plan for future programs or initiatives.

Nate Sachs had a vision for Smile On Seniors. To help Smile On Seniors grow, he and his wife Dale were the first donors to partner with a monthly commitment. Nate had an explosive charisma. He made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the world and cared so much for those around him. He truly cared for every older adult and senior and wanted them to enjoy their lives in dignity with a caring community – and Smile On Seniors provides this to our community.

Did you know? Rambam (Maimonides) writes that giving on repeat is better than a one-off sum – even if it will be the same dollar total – because by giving on a regular basis, we become givers. It changes the nature of who we are. The repeated action gives us the repeated merits of the mitzvah. When you join the Nate Sachs Legacy Chai Club, every month, you unlock the blessings that tzedakah brings.
